About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Internal Communications Director to lead our internal communications efforts at Property Soar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies that engage and inform our employees.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to various audiences. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop content that supports business goals and promotes our company mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company goals and values.
  • Create and edit content for employee communications, including intranet articles, newsletters, and email updates.
  • Coordinate internal communications efforts, including drafting press materials and handling inquiries.
  • Manage company communication efforts for events, product launches, and other key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (excluding social media).
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and initiatives.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000 per year
