Core Responsibilities:

  • Support financial advisors in managing client relationships, which includes developing financial strategies, performing investment analysis, and executing trades as directed by the advisor.
  • Organize and summarize client consultations, including scheduling and confirming appointments, entering information into the client management system, creating agendas and summaries, guiding clients to advisor meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Efficiently process new business documentation, which involves preparing necessary forms and paperwork for submission, obtaining required signatures, tracking insurance applications, and coordinating asset rollovers.
  • Facilitate marketing initiatives by planning events, liaising with vendors, finalizing event logistics, preparing compliance documentation, and managing marketing reimbursements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls for advisors, managing expense reports, drafting routine client communications, supporting transaction closures, and organizing client documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Possession of Series 7 license or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe
  • State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or the ability to secure it within a specified timeframe
  • Experience in a client service-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Able to handle multiple tasks effectively, communicate across all organizational levels, and work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in computer applications and software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe
  • Licenses in Life, Accident, and Health & Variable Contracts or the ability to secure them within a specified timeframe
