Compensation

$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and provide insights about potential properties and local neighborhoods to effectively address buyer inquiries.
  • Refine the criteria of buyers to identify additional properties to showcase as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client communications via calls, texts, and emails to ensure exceptional service.
  • Coordinate and participate in on-site property evaluations with clients to facilitate a seamless experience.
  • Manage the entire transaction process from offer submission to closing, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing technologies, or a quick learner of new systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Willingness to spend significant time traveling.
