Key Responsibilities

As a Client Appointment Specialist, your primary focus will be on converting warm leads into scheduled appointments. This involves:

  • Daily Tasks: Engaging with up to 50 leads through calls and texts, managing over 30 conversations daily, and adhering to a prescribed script.
  • Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent phone-based experience in roles such as customer service, phone surveys, or appointment setting (sales experience is not mandatory).
  • Volume Management: Demonstrated ability to handle over 30 calls per day and maintain 5+ hours of phone activity each day.
  • Performance Metrics: A proven history of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs.
  • CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems for precise data management and follow-up.
  • Communication Proficiency: An extroverted personality with strong and confident phone communication skills.

  • Talk time - At least 5+ hours of talk time in your current or most recent role.

  • A history of achievements or recognitions in personal, professional, or sports contexts in the past two years.
  • Adherence to a defined call flow and script as provided by your employer.
  • Data Management - Required to enter specific data into CRM systems accurately after each call.
  • Follow-up - Experience in making multiple follow-up contacts (calls/texts/emails) with the same contact.
  • Demonstrated ability to be coachable and implement feedback promptly.
  • An extroverted personality that enjoys engaging with people over the phone, speaking with confidence and competence.
Technical Requirements

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, experience with VOIP or soft phone systems, and the ability to manage phone conversations confidently while following scripted dialogues are essential.
