Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Stamford Hilton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the front desk team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging, taking sincere interest, and ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
- Team Leadership: Help to resolve problems through recovery when things aren't quite right, train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems, and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
- Guest Experience: Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, which includes VIPS, repeat guests, all packages, and any special requests, and look for new ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Communication: Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures, work closely with the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to communicate and coordinate the day, and provide excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous hotel front desk experience is a must, supervisory skills training or experience is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and leadership skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
