Front Desk Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at LTD Hospitality Group. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and handle pre-registration and blocking of registrations.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest check-ins and checkouts, handling cash, check, and miscellaneous transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services, policies, and procedures, including emergency procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
