- Oversee the progression of clinical practice document development and provide timely updates to relevant groups.
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including rosters and conflict of interest forms, utilizing online tools.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Facilitate communication and training for volunteer leaders regarding STS policies and procedures.
- Support the guideline approval process and manage submissions for publication.
- Create detailed project plans outlining key tasks and milestones, and monitor progress.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and assist in the evaluation of research articles.
- Compile and edit clinical practice document manuscripts, ensuring version control.
- Update and manage content related to clinical practice documents on the STS website.
- Coordinate the posting and updating of guidelines on relevant platforms.
- Assist with various meetings and conventions as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential.
- Familiarity with clinical practice document development, medical terminology, and research methodologies is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms is expected.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
