Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the progression of clinical practice document development and provide timely updates to relevant groups.
  • Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including rosters and conflict of interest forms, utilizing online tools.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication and training for volunteer leaders regarding STS policies and procedures.
  • Support the guideline approval process and manage submissions for publication.
  • Create detailed project plans outlining key tasks and milestones, and monitor progress.
  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and assist in the evaluation of research articles.
  • Compile and edit clinical practice document manuscripts, ensuring version control.
  • Update and manage content related to clinical practice documents on the STS website.
  • Coordinate the posting and updating of guidelines on relevant platforms.
  • Assist with various meetings and conventions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with clinical practice document development, medical terminology, and research methodologies is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms is expected.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
