Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for local clients needing to fill IT-related roles through phone calls and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring requirements, and proposing our staffing solutions.
- Engage with candidates from the initial contact to the job offer stage, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals using an applicant tracking system, initiating exploratory discussions to identify career goals, and conducting thorough interviews to ensure candidates are fully vetted and ready to meet with clients.
- Participate in our comprehensive training program to gain the technical knowledge and skills necessary for success.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in the staffing industry, ideally in IT, or a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, either inside or outside.
- Strong cold calling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- A charismatic and authentic personality with a strong passion for building relationships.
- A competitive nature demonstrated by past successes in academics, sports, music, or other areas.
- The ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
