Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will serve as a liaison between executives, managers, staff, customers, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as required
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
