We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to a department and/or manager. This role will play a key role in maintaining efficient business operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a department and/or manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Develop and maintain record keeping and filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
