Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our department and/or manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Establish and maintain record-keeping and filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate services for outbound mail and answer phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform administrative duties specific to the department, including research, database updates, and preparation of collateral materials.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
