Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our business owners, management team, and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports
- Initiate routine and non-routine correspondence
- Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and resolve inquiries
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Enter new jobs into ServiceMaster CRM and capture relevant customer and job information
- Utilize the assistance of support staff members on a reporting or project basis
- Operate a personal computer and software packages
- Follow up with customers on work performed and collect payments
- Assist other departments within the company
- Understand ServiceMaster operating systems and services
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications required
- Comfortable with using multiple software types
- Personal time management and organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and adaptable to operate in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage confidential information
