RemX is seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Miramar, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through phone calls. You will need to be efficient, productive, and thorough in your interactions, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide resolution for customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and supporting their needs.
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Meet performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
  • Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • GED/High School Diploma (or higher)
