Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Compensation:

$10–$15 per hour, based on experience and performance.
