Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of small business clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, conducting thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals, quotes, and packages that meet the specific requirements of each client, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, presenting additional products or services that can add value to the client's business.
  • Provide clients with training and guidance on utilizing our products and services effectively, ensuring they are well-equipped to maximize the benefits of their partnership with our company.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and indicators for each client's account, regularly reviewing progress against established goals and developing strategies to enhance client success.

Requirements

  • Active P&C License
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a small business or B2B context
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
