Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary
The Jonus Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of small business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, presenting additional products or services that can add value to the client's business.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on utilizing our products and services effectively.
- Monitor key performance metrics and indicators for each client's account, regularly reviewing progress against established goals.
Requirements
- P&C license and proven experience in account management, preferably in a small business or B2B context.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
