Job Summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of small business clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, presenting additional products or services that can add value to the client's business.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on utilizing our products and services effectively.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and indicators for each client's account, regularly reviewing progress against established goals.

Requirements

  • P&C license and proven experience in account management, preferably in a small business or B2B context.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
