Nuage Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team at Nuage. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating leads and managing leads through our sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in sales and the tech industry, with a coach-able, self-motivated, and curious attitude. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying quality leads for our Account Executives, interacting with key personnel, and acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and qualifying quality leads for our Account Executives
  • Interacting with key personnel, including the C-Suite
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions
  • Uncovering and qualifying prospective customer needs
  • Demonstrating initiative, creativity, and collaboration through ad-hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 0-1 year of related work experience, post-graduation
  • Desire to work in sales and the tech industry
  • Coach-able, self-motivated, curious, resilient, with a "get the job done" attitude
  • Professional, efficient communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $43,000 base + commissions
  • OTE: $61,800
  • Medical Insurance covered at 100% for employee and 50% for dependents/spouse
  • Vision and Dental Insurance available
  • 401K Match up to 5%
  • Profit Sharing
  • 3 weeks PTO, Extra PTO available based on quota attainment
