Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- New Employee Onboarding: Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- HR Record Keeping: Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- HR Projects: Assist with HR projects such as policy updates and training initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Support management in implementing HR programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
- HR Guidance: Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and ensure consistent application of company policies.
- HR Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements for HR processes.
- HR Inbox Management: Manage the HR email inbox, replying to messages and meeting needs as they arise, and in a timely manner.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent is required.
