Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations, fostering a team that promotes sustainable growth and develops a successful, mature branch that positively influences lives.
  • Drive both revenue and profitability as a Business Leader, focusing on Business Management, Sales Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Team Development. This includes expanding market presence with current clients and enhancing personal sales performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with client needs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Establish a workplace culture that embodies our core values of integrity, innovation, service, and performance through the recruitment and development of top talent.
  • Forge and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their staffing requirements and adhering to established guidelines.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and industry regulations, maintaining organized records for candidates and clients, including necessary screenings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership capacity, ideally within the staffing or service sectors.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations pertinent to the staffing industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing client and candidate relationships.
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and client demands.
