Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our local satellite warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and equipment
    • Ensure accurate inventory levels and implement active inventory accuracy processes
    • Manage the maintenance of warehouse facilities, including vendor management and scheduling preventative maintenance
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Coordinate with local logistics companies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
    • Manage the needs of construction tools and equipment
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure effective and efficient operations
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations roles, with 1-2 years in a leadership position
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
    • Microsoft Excel skills
    • Forklift operation skills
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift weights under 50 lbs
    • Ability to travel to vendors or project sites
    • Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed
