Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership
- Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, and accessories
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Guide customers through the sales process effectively
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) for repeat business and referrals
- Set personal income goals in line with dealership standards

Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience is not mandatory
- Experience in inside or outside sales in any industry is advantageous
- A strong track record of positive customer service is essential
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Outgoing personality with a talent for building relationships
- Ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid US driver's license with a good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug screening
