About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison, where you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our account management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, resulting in increased client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize our internal issue tracking system, CARE, to follow through on client inquiries and issues, ensuring that all data is accurately notated and up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic Excel skills, with the ability to learn and apply advanced skills as needed.
  • Achieved a high school diploma or equivalent.
