Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our team at INX International Ink.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process orders received from external customers and INX employees.
  • Prepare orders for billing and related functions.
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer concerns about product, service, or billing.
  • Perform consignment inventory and billing functions.
  • Prepare reports for management and customers.
  • Provide administrative support to mini plant accounts by entering data associated with inventory capture movement and relief.
  • Search for internal and external procurement of materials, both raw and finished goods; maintain all related mini plant data in SAP.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective communication with peers and customers.
  • Good computer skills (intermediate) in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension, and professional phone manner.
  • Good math skills including fractions, decimals, percentages, and discounts.
  • Excellent problems-solving skills, involving several variables in standard situations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from a 2-year college or trade school.
  • SAP experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs.
  • International export experience.
