Customer Service Admin Support Specialist

The role of a Customer Service Admin Support is crucial in ensuring seamless administrative operations while providing exceptional customer service. This position contributes significantly to the company by serving as a key liaison between customers, production, and sales teams.
As a Customer Service Admin Support, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. You will also provide information on window shades, product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. It is essential to keep product knowledge up-to-date to support answering customer queries effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary. Additionally, you should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This position requires a strong customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service. The salary range for this position is $43,680.00 - $43,680.00 per year.
