Position Overview:
In response to our expanding operations and increasing demand for our expertise, we are seeking a seasoned Search Consultant to join our team.

Key Qualifications:


• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agency Business Development or Sales, demonstrating a successful history of converting leads into clients.
• Previous experience in agency recruiting is advantageous.
• Strong ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and disciplined.
• Capability to engage in daily outreach efforts.


Responsibilities of the Search Consultant:


• Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales outreach to potential clients to enhance our existing client portfolio.
• Engage in various sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients to effectively address their staffing requirements.

Additional Requirements:
