We are currently on the lookout for a National Account Manager for Signage Solutions who will take charge of prospecting, developing, and securing accounts within our targeted market sectors, which include retail, hospitality, petroleum, finance, telecommunications, corporate environments, sports venues, municipal entities, healthcare, grocery, pharmacy, dining establishments, and consumer services.

As our National Account Manager for Signage Solutions, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cold outreach, follow-up communications, networking activities, and utilizing digital platforms to identify qualified prospective clients on a daily basis.
- Arranging and facilitating conference calls, in-person meetings, video conferences, and managing RFI/RFP submissions.
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads and RFPs, ensuring our CRM system is updated as necessary.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
- Participating in trade shows—establishing contacts and scheduling meetings in advance, while maintaining post-event communication to foster business opportunities.
- Understanding prospective customer needs and crafting tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborating with our Project Management, Design, and Estimation teams to develop and present proposals for signage projects, rollouts, and rebranding efforts.
- Adhering to the ASG business development process and engagement protocols.
- Successfully closing deals.
Preferred qualifications for our National Account Manager for Signage Solutions include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer-facing Account/Program Management, with at least 3 years in each role; experience in selling signage industry products and services is preferred.
- A proven track record of generating at least $1M in net new sales annually.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and nurture new accounts while building strong relationships within organizations.
- Proven history of daily prospecting through various channels including phone, email, and digital networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities suited for a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of professionalism and courtesy.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, and familiarity with Sales ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 15-30%.
