Position Overview: Client Services Technician

Apex is seeking a dedicated Client Services Technician to deliver exceptional support for our employee-focused technical services. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations, managing escalations, and working closely with client service engineers to improve our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of pertinent experience in IT support, with a strong command of Active Directory, Google Workspace, or comparable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Tier 1/Tier 2 assistance for all end-user technology services, whether in-person or remotely through ticketing systems.
  • Setting up and maintaining end-user computers and associated peripherals.
  • Creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts and access permissions via Active Directory.
  • Collaborating with client service engineers on client-side initiatives aimed at improving security, efficiency, or user experience.
  • Overseeing office equipment such as conference rooms, printers, flexible workspaces, and vending machines.
  • Potential for occasional travel to support various locations.
