Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team at Softworld, a Kelly Company. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of technical software applications and hardware
