Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team at Renn Kirby Chevrolet/Buick. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting new and used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Provide detailed information on financing options, warranties, and other relevant vehicle features.
- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle capabilities and features.
- Process paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on current inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals, fostering a positive and loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of cars and their features, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs and sales objectives.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
