The ideal candidate will have a strong background in time and attendance systems, payroll, and HR processes. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining new or existing Time & Attendance clients, providing day-to-day support for user inquiries/issues, and acting as a subject matter expert to provide system-related guidance and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Time & Attendance clients
- Provide day-to-day support for user inquiries/issues
- Act as a subject matter expert to provide system-related guidance and recommendations
- Update/Change Time policies, Time Card permissions, Policy Groups, and Meal/Break policies
- Support and train new users/editors on how to adjust time cards, approve absences, audit time, verify time, and approve time
- Create and modify reports, extracts, and imports as needed
- Create clear, concise documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Time and Attendance system experience preferred
- Payroll and HR processes experience preferred
- Familiarity with time tracking, accruals, attendance preferred
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Experience with Windows 10
- Experience with administration of SaaS products
- Good time management, telephone and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills a plus
- Experience with supporting people remotely
- Experience supporting databases SQL/CSV/XLS/XML/CSS a plus

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
