Practice Details:
- The practice consists of 2 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners.
- Work schedule includes four days dedicated to patient care and one day for administrative responsibilities.
- Each provider typically sees 20 to 25 established patients and 2 to 3 new patients daily.
- Call responsibilities are shared among the team at a ratio of 1:3 weeks.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This is an employed position with a competitive compensation package.
- A sign-on bonus of $60,000 is offered, along with student loan repayment assistance of up to $100,000.
- The base salary is set at $525,000.
- Comprehensive hospital benefits are included.
- The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, established in 2011, and is conveniently located on the hospital campus, featuring a 32-bed Oncology Nursing Unit.
