POSITION SUMMARY:

Mitchell & Titus is on the lookout for a highly professional and meticulous executive administrative expert to support Partners, Human Resources, and a compact office environment. The ideal candidate should possess confidence, technological proficiency, and an ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders. A passion for organization, multitasking, project management, decision-making, and effective communication with both internal and external parties in a fast-paced, dynamic setting is essential.

Responsibilities will involve precise analysis and the application of initiative and independent judgment, often dealing with highly confidential and complex information. You will manage correspondence, executive presentations, metrics, and various reports, and collaborate with different staff and departments on special projects or assignments as required.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-level executive administrative support to a team of Partners, including planning and coordinating meetings and travel; creating correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    • Handle extensive travel and expense reporting using Conquer for all offices.
    • Assist Human Resources with various administrative tasks.
    • Oversee and present data: verify information from multiple sources; compile, review, and analyze data; generate metrics and reports, including statistics, timelines, tables, and graphs.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between office managing partners and other partners, as well as external executive offices, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility and trust.
    • Prioritize conflicting needs; manage tasks efficiently, proactively, and ensure projects are completed successfully, often under deadline pressure.
Skills & Qualifications
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including partners and external board members.
    • Strong organizational abilities that enable seamless performance and prioritization of multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in managing confidential information with discretion.
    • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research.
    • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment; hands-on, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
Position Requirements

Education & Experience
    • Previous experience supporting a CEO or other C-Level Executive is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret written information; identify relevant details, facts, and specifications; communicate ideas and information effectively in writing; record information accurately; perform basic calculations; and apply rules and principles.
    • Strong work history demonstrating the ability to prioritize work, manage contacts, calendar demands, screen and process calls and inquiries, plan and coordinate meetings and travel, and develop correspondence and presentations.
