Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Manager to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing senior-level business support, including complex budgets, compliance, and day-to-day management of department business processes and quality standards to meet regulatory and Broadband requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process controls ensuring department compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Manage change within the programs and evaluate risks and assess potential impacts on program delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between Management and vendor/partners on development, deployment initiatives as needed.
  • Develops project plans and schedules and provides budget oversight for the business group.
  • Creates and manages project teams and cross-functional teams supplying advanced statistical and status reporting on completed programs to major stakeholders (internal and external).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field.
  • 4 years in organizational programs, project management or related area within a technology environment.
  • ~2 years supervisory or program management experience in a wireless industry preferred.
  • ~ Project Management (Waterfall, Agile).
  • ~ Project Management tools (e.g., Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously).
  • ~ Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or comparable Agile Management Certification preferred.
