Senior Manager, Broadband Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Broadband Business Intelligence to lead our team of analysts in providing key insights to the broadband marketing and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing the commercial impacts of marketing strategies and tactics, with a strong focus on data analysis and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in generating performance insights and supporting short/medium duration analysis efforts
* Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify new business opportunities and provide related analyses and optimization plans
* Architect data solutions to enable team and business success
* Motivate and focus on people resources, lead trainings for new hires, and provide knowledge of business solutions/trends
Requirements
* Expertise in technical tools such as DataViz, SQL, automation, report/metric design, algorithms/modeling, and cloud native systems for big data
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans
* Strategically minded, contributes to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company
* Strong change management skills with the ability to communicate broadly to internal teams
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in statistics, business, or a related field; or 7 years of related work experience
* 7 years with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc
* 7 years in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
* 2 years managing a team of data and analytics professionals
