Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage general office filing systems and organize paperwork as required.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive documents, and helping new hires complete initial onboarding paperwork when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of visitor logs, calls received, and messages delivered to ensure seamless communication within the office.

Requirements:
  • • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required to accommodate our diverse client and employee base

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location.
