Job Description: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering inbound communications from customers, organizing and filing paperwork, and keeping office supplies organized. You will also communicate effectively between management, employees, and customers. Responsibilities include:
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and faxes
  • Organizing and filing paperwork
  • Keeping office supplies organized
  • Communicating effectively between management, employees, and customers

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Requirements include:
  • Pass a background check
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Live in New York City
  • Have a high school diploma
  • Speak and write in fluent English and Spanish
  • Be experienced in Microsoft Office and work well on computers & phones
  • Be reliable, timely, and organized
  • Have 1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist
