Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Storage Unit Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for rental.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders, collections, and other important matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our property management team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, walk in/outdoors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
