Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and sales goals to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet customers' needs.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a GED or high school equivalent.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or a related field.
  • A strong drive for success and a passion for building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
  • A competitive nature and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
