Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Opulence Inc. in New Hyde Park. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting and bringing awareness to our clients' products and services to our diverse customer base.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for attracting potential customers, opening new accounts, resolving product or service issues, and recommending potential products or services to management.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
