Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of paratransit services
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer service experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
