Position Overview

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for long-term administrative roles at the Administrative Professional III level. These positions offer a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance for 1 to 3 days per week during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple professional and shared calendars.
  • Arrange meetings, deliveries, and events efficiently.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office services, including maintenance and custodial support.
  • Manage office inventory, ensuring timely organization and replenishment.
  • Facilitate meetings by establishing meeting rooms, providing necessary supplies, and sending invitations.
  • Document meeting minutes or notes, set up audiovisual equipment, and arrange seating as needed.
  • Handle databases and data entry tasks, along with managing both electronic and physical files.
  • Assist with timekeeping and various HR-related functions.
