We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager/Site Supervisor to support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) operations.

Position Summary: The Project Manager/Site Supervisor (PM/SS) will serve as the primary contractor site lead, providing senior-level coordination and oversight of task order staff in alignment with operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate daily operations for the Plans Directorate and contract personnel.
  • Manage calendars for key personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling of both short- and long-term events.
  • Act as the contract site lead, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Oversee all administrative functions related to the contract, tracking efforts and resources effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of travel requests and additional work effort documentation, maintaining accurate travel records.
  • Utilize the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool (TMT) for assignment administration.
  • Support daily reporting and personnel evaluations, managing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain supply inventories for government purchase card holders.
  • Assist in security management for personnel and facilities.
  • Support the maintenance of SharePoint and Organizational File Servers/sites.
  • Coordinate staff clearance validation requests with the Special Security Office (SSO).
  • Serve as a liaison between users and help desk support.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of military service experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with SharePoint.
  • At least 2 years of experience working specifically with SharePoint.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience with Department of Defense agencies is preferred; prior USCENTCOM experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tasker Management Tools (TMT) and the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
