Job Summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Headquarters in Tampa, Florida. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing senior staff coordination and contractor site lead services to support the Plans Directorate and contract staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Coordinate Assistance: Provide support and coordination assistance to the Plans Directorate and contract staff with the conduct of day-to-day operations.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain calendars, including daily calendars for key leaders, and assist with short- and long-range calendars and other battle rhythm events.
  • Contract Site Lead: Serve as the contract site lead for the prime contract and coordinate all activities with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Administrative Functions: Provide oversight of all contract administrative functions and track contractor effort expended for individual tasks (Task and Resource Management).
  • Travel Coordination: Assist with generation and submission of contractor travel and Additional Work Effort requests, maintain local records of travel, and provide travel scheduling, coordination, and use of the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Task Management: Administer and assist in making assignments using the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool (TMT).
  • Daily Reporting: Assist with daily reporting requirements, monitor/track/maintain personnel evaluations, and process (in/out) division personnel.
  • Supply Inventory: Compile and maintain supply inventory for government purchase card holders.
  • Personnel and Facility Security: Assist with personnel and facility security management.
  • SharePoint and File Servers: Assist with maintenance of SharePoint and Organizational File Servers/sites on SIPR and JWICS.
  • Clearance Validation: Create staff clearance validation requests, coordinate with the Special Security Office (SSO), and update access files for assigned facilities.
  • User Liaison: Provide liaison between users and respective help desks.
Requirements
  • Military Service: Minimum of 12 years of military service.
  • Joint Command Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters.
  • SharePoint Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience on SharePoint.
  • Tasker Management Tools: Experience using Tasker Management Tools (TMT) and Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Clearance: TS/SCI eligible clearance.
