Command Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Senior Special Operations Communications Trainer to provide expert training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This role involves delivering comprehensive C4I, Defense Cyber Operations (DCO), and Knowledge Management (KM) strategies for Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects tailored for strategic and operational-level exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and evaluation of Joint Special Operations Forces (SOF) training and exercises.
- Develop and conduct seminars focused on communications training.
- Act as a Communications Analyst/Trainer during joint operational exercises.
- Prepare detailed Communications and KM observation reports during exercises.
- Provide expert guidance on Communications and KM to Combatant Command and Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) teams.
- Create observation and training plans to enhance operational readiness.
- Collaborate with USSOCOM and TSOC exercise planners to ensure effective training outcomes.
- Operate and maintain Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems at various operational levels.
- Deliver high-level analysis and training to GCCs, TSOCs, SOJTFs, and JSOTF, optimizing the use of DoD C4I systems and KM best practices for Special Operations forces globally.
Work Environment:
- Moderate to loud noise levels typical of an office setting and operational environments.
- Extended periods of computer use may be required.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and remote locations.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, talk, and hear during job performance.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer operation is necessary.
- Valid driver's license required for travel in various environments.
- Accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel (21-49%) may be necessary, including potential overseas assignments.

Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.

- Expertise in various communication platforms and systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in military education or training environments.
- Higher military rank or equivalent experience.
