Job Title: Project Manager/Site Supervisor

The Project Manager/Site Supervisor (PM/SS) will play a pivotal role in providing senior staff coordination and acting as the contractor site lead. The PM/SS will report directly to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and will be responsible for overseeing the task order staff in alignment with workload demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate support for the Plans Directorate and contract personnel in daily operations.
  • Manage calendars for key leaders, assisting with both short- and long-term scheduling and events.
  • Serve as the contract site lead, coordinating all activities with the COR.
  • Oversee all administrative functions related to the contract and monitor contractor efforts for individual tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of contractor travel and Additional Work Effort requests, maintaining local travel records.
  • Utilize the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool (TMT) for assignment administration.
  • Support daily reporting requirements and manage personnel evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory for government purchase card holders.
  • Assist in managing personnel and facility security.
  • Help maintain SharePoint and Organizational File Servers/sites.
  • Coordinate staff clearance validation requests with the Special Security Office (SSO).
  • Act as a liaison between users and help desk services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of military service experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters.
  • 4 years of experience working with SharePoint.
  • 2 years of experience in a SharePoint role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience with Department of Defense agencies is preferred; prior USCENTCOM experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tasker Management Tools (TMT) and the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
