Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Arbon Equipment Corporation. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
  • Prospect and secure new customers through effective sales and marketing efforts
  • Introduce new products to the territory and provide training to customers on product features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Knowledge of the territory and its customer base
