Industrial Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Arbon Equipment Corporation. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
- Prospect and secure new customers through effective sales and marketing efforts
- Introduce new products to the territory and provide training to customers on product features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Knowledge of the territory and its customer base
