We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team at SnapLogic. As a key member of our Revenue Enablement Team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and reducing ramp time through proven enablement strategies, programs, sales productivity tools, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to propose learning solutions and develop curricula that enhance sales performance.
- Develop and implement programs that drive business objectives, including training facilitation and content management.
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the enablement program.
- Build close relationships and trust with principal business and functional stakeholders.
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Design and implement programs to accelerate sales core competencies.
- Provide effective onboarding, everboarding, and training programs for the sales and CS teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in sales enablement.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems.
- Experience developing training programs and training facilitation.
- Expertise in managing and implementing large-scale organizational change.
