Administrative Support Worker

The role of the Administrative Support Worker involves delivering essential administrative support to management. This includes a variety of tasks such as procurement, data management, and document organization.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and a professional demeanor when engaging with customers, visitors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a range of administrative duties, including mail distribution, supply ordering, telephone management, and visitor reception
  • Provide assistance with clerical responsibilities associated with finance, payroll, and human resources
  • Welcome customers, clients, and staff; address inquiries and route calls appropriately
  • Maintain office communications and informational displays
  • Leverage technology and software tools, including voicemail systems, photocopiers, and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity is advantageous

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks involving hand and arm movements
