Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Aid in the recruitment process by coordinating candidate interviews and managing applicant tracking.
  • File Administration: Maintain organized employee files and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Leave Management: Assist in the administration of employee leaves of absence, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience with HRIS systems and a background in retail or administrative support will be advantageous.
