Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Implementation: Develop and manage marketing campaigns by preparing communications for team members, liaising with vendors, and overseeing the production of promotional materials.
- Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans, including staffing, signage placement, and the procurement of promotional items.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing previous initiatives, gathering feedback, and providing insights for future improvements.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide Promotions and Events Coordinators in the application of policies and service delivery standards.
